A collaboration between six European partners, WALC will generate art venues in areas of periphery that will allow artists to work in an innovative manner, with a focus on collectivism and co-creation, and it will establish a network, adding to the sustainability of local communities of areas that are in a harsh reality of isolation of underdevelopment.
